Challenges, Friendship cards, Love messages ~ cards

Soaring with Love.

Love that little lass sitting with two ponytails. Shes such a joy, isnt she ? Ok long story short. I guess I am on this polka dot trip on this card 🙂 Have kept in hues of blue and worked with various embellishments to enhance the little girl. The message is short and kept that way to keep the emphasis on the digi image.

The sketch belongs to : oldie but a goodie challenge

Challenges, Inspirational card

Something very tragic about a butterflies life, how he gives us joy for the short span of life that he has, spreads his wings and lets us feel a delight watching the glorious colors of nature penetrate thru it. My butterfly here is rather subtle. Every creature in this world does not complain, except man. We are always complaining, always asking for reasons and always challenging nature. Faith represents so many things one of which is believing in what cannot be touched, seen or heard (in most cases ) but felt. I could probably write a book on Faith. But that we’ll do another day.

This card enters two different card challenges becoz it they are rather similar in design and it suits aptly for both the sketch challenges therefore, I will first place the card pic and later the sketches :

Cute Mouse Birthday Wishes

It was slightly difficult for me to work on what the two colors and card patterns would be. In the end, it is predominantly orange, purple and green.

The digital mouse is super cute. Just love him carrying all those presents.

Catch Your Heart.

What a fun sketch. Really had me wondering which size circle or scallop nestabilities to use. In the end I landed up with the oval scallop one. I like the look of this card. I did not want it to be too fancy and too cluttered too. Thats 3 too’s in one sentence ! Hope none of the english teachers are reading this post 😉

Any way long story short, let the card speak for itself. Who do you think is the best recepient of this card ? From a girl to a guy or from a guy to a girl ? Please do leave that as a comment.

Baby Arrivals, Challenges

Precious Child

Its been quite some time since I made one of those baby cards that I enjoy making so much so much. Probably the most important period of a woman’s life. And nothing compares to what she feels when she holds those tiny feet in her hands for the very first time. But you all know that already any ways.

So I thought a bright pink and blue in various shades would do some justice to the very cute tiny baby embellishments I have.
