Although I had intended on keeping the next 6 posts on the Trash to Wall hanging series, I am adding this one in too, coz it is afterall a recyled CD. I have transformed many CDs as wall hangings and honestly, it really seems like a shame, having to throw them out. And as many times, as I have made them, each time brings a renewed satisfaction that someone is going to hang it on his wall and feel good about it.
Here, I have used several handmade papers in different textures. Aqua blue and olive green are a first time color combination for me. Never tried this one before. A couple of buttons and a few wooden maple tree leaves. This CD is designed with Men folks in mind. Hence I avoided florals or blingy in there. The sentiment is digi stamp from TLC.
Hope it does get appreciated.
